I’m Nicole, a family-trained chef with over 25 years in hospitality and the founder of a Quebec-based plant-based food company. After transitioning from a traditional restaurant career to vegan cooking — and following a vegan lifestyle myself — I launched my business from scratch in 2021, becoming MAPAQ-certified, incorporating the company, and building distribution across 17 locations in Quebec.

Driven by compassion for animals and a passion for accessible comfort food, I created our signature vegan cheeseburger burrito, which has consistently sold through specialty stores and vending machines. Today, the brand is transitioning into frozen products to scale production and expand distribution throughout Quebec and across Canada.

Je m’appelle Nicole. Je suis cheffe de formation familiale, avec plus de 25 ans d’expérience en restauration, et fondatrice d’une entreprise québécoise d’alimentation végétale. Après être passée d’une carrière en restauration traditionnelle à une cuisine végane — et en adoptant moi-même un mode de vie végane — j’ai lancé mon entreprise à partir de zéro en 2021. J’ai obtenu la certification MAPAQ, incorporé l’entreprise et développé un réseau de distribution dans 17 points de vente au Québec.

Animée par la compassion envers les animaux et le désir d’offrir une cuisine réconfortante et accessible, j’ai créé notre produit signature : le burrito cheeseburger végane, qui s’est démarqué par ses ventes constantes en épiceries spécialisées et en distributrices automatiques. Aujourd’hui, l’entreprise amorce une transition vers des produits surgelés afin d’augmenter la capacité de production et d’élargir la distribution à l’échelle du Québec et du Canada.
